Assessment Task #4

During the long weekend, our group planned to meet up (most probably at Vera's house because she had the camera) and finalize the script to commence the filming process. Vera and Rowena were in charge of completing the storyboard and Zeenia and myself had to do majority of the script. We would then tweak the script together so it met our expectations.
We decided not to focus too much on the script and the storyboard, but mainly on the filming. The aim of this assessment was to learn more about technology so we decided to experiment further with the camera and do other such things.
As mentioned before, we were weighing our options and decided to make an instructional video on "How to play Basketball". This was mainly because we thought meeting up and filming with props would be too much of a hassle. We had decided this a while ago however I never had the opportunity to update my blog. This would be easier and much more productive because we could film at school in the basketball courts. Through this, we would also learn something ourselves, and be able to differentiate between basketball, netball and other similar sports. Zeenia knew the basics and we had also done some research, with points we could include in our video.
We met up briefly at Vera's place where we wrote majority of the script and kept the roles mostly the same. Vera and Rowena had to tweak the storyboard and Zeenia and myself had to finish the script. At some point, all of us would be filming and then we would get someone to do it for us right at the end. The end was when we all had to perhaps be on the field and play basketball, to conclude.
